p22ph Terms and Conditions – Philippines

By accessing the p22ph website, mobile site, or any of our gaming services, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply alongside any additional terms referenced within specific promotional or game-related pages on p22ph, which also form part of this agreement where applicable.

p22ph reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on the p22ph website. Continued use of the platform after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify players of significant changes via email or on-site notification.

These Terms were last updated on 15 June 2025 and supersede all previous versions. If you accessed a previous version of these Terms, this current version now applies to your account and use of p22ph.

To register and play on p22ph, you must be at least 21 years of age — the minimum legal age for online gaming in the Philippines as established under PAGCOR regulations. It is a strict requirement, not a guideline. p22ph uses age verification processes during registration and during KYC review to confirm eligibility.

You must also be physically located in the Philippines at the time of play, or in another jurisdiction where accessing p22ph is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of p22ph does not violate the laws of your country or jurisdiction of residence.

p22ph does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals who are subject to a self-exclusion order with PAGCOR or any other Philippine gaming regulator. Players who are aware of such an exclusion must not attempt to register on p22ph.

Each player may hold one account only on p22ph. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or any other variation — is strictly prohibited and considered a material breach of these Terms. p22ph uses technical and manual monitoring to detect duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts if multiple registrations are identified, forfeiting any balances at its discretion.

When registering on p22ph, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID)
• Date of birth
• Philippine mobile number
• Valid email address
• Current residential address in the Philippines

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance. p22ph will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to provide accurate registration details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. p22ph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login information secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact p22ph support immediately at support@p22ph.best.

p22ph is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process requires you to submit the following documentation upon request:

• A valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, Passport, Driver's Licence, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID)
• A selfie photograph clearly showing your face alongside your ID
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name and mobile number)

KYC verification is triggered before your first withdrawal request. Documents should be submitted via the Account Verification section of your p22ph profile. Failure to complete KYC within 14 days of a withdrawal request being triggered may result in the request being cancelled. No withdrawal will be released to a player whose KYC has not been fully approved.

p22ph accepts deposits via the following Philippine-based payment methods:

All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name — matching the name on your p22ph account. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed if detected. p22ph may apply a maximum daily deposit limit based on your account tier and responsible gaming settings.

p22ph does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed above. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). p22ph is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider for deposits.

Withdrawals from your p22ph account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your identity (KYC) must be fully verified before any withdrawal is released.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Any active bonus balance must comply with its wagering requirements before withdrawal of related winnings.
• p22ph reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for large withdrawals or where unusual account activity has been detected.

Withdrawal processing times vary by account tier:

p22ph processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Bank transfers, GCash, and Maya are the primary withdrawal channels. p22ph is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider once a withdrawal has been released from our system.

p22ph offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms plus any specific terms stated in the individual promotion. Where specific bonus terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific terms take precedence for that promotion.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified p22ph players who meet the stated eligibility criteria.
• Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses must be claimed within 7 days of eligibility and must be wagered within 30 days of being credited to the account.
• Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire automatically and are removed from the account.
• p22ph does not permit bonus abuse, syndicated betting strategies targeting bonuses, or any pattern of play that the platform determines is being used to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent.
• p22ph reserves the right to cancel a bonus and withhold related winnings if it reasonably determines that the bonus was obtained or used in breach of these conditions.
• Only one bonus may be active per player account at a time unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and virtual sports activity on p22ph:

• All bets are final and irrevocable once confirmed by the p22ph system. Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled by the player.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed on each market and are subject to change without notice.
• p22ph reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet from any player at any time, including — but not limited to — situations where a bet is suspected of being placed with access to privileged information.
• In the event of a void, postponement, or abandonment of a match or event, p22ph's sporting rules for that event type will apply. Generally, voided events result in bets being settled at the original stake.
• In-play (live) betting decisions made by the p22ph system during a live event are final. p22ph is not responsible for bets placed on incorrect in-play prices that result from obvious technical or data feed errors.
• Parlay bets require all legs to win. If one leg is voided, the parlay reverts to the remaining legs.
• All betting disputes must be raised with p22ph support within 72 hours of the relevant event settlement. p22ph's decision on betting disputes is final and binding.

Live casino games on p22ph are hosted by third-party providers (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, SA Gaming, and Playtech) from licensed studios. The following rules apply to all live casino play:

• All live casino game results are determined by physical equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) or certified RNG systems operated by the provider. Results are final once announced by the dealer.
• If a live game is interrupted due to a technical issue (disconnection, power failure, platform outage), bets already placed before the interruption will be settled according to the provider's disconnection policy — which typically settles at the last confirmed game state.
• Side bets and bonus game features are governed by the individual game rules published by the provider.
• Minimum and maximum table limits vary by game and table. VIP tables with higher limits are available to qualifying VIP Club members.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on p22ph and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or assisting others to register duplicate accounts
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker variants
• Abusing bonuses through artificial wagering patterns, bonus farming, or coordinated activity across multiple accounts
• Attempting to access or tamper with any part of the p22ph platform, database, or infrastructure
• Engaging in any activity that damages the reputation or operations of p22ph

p22ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct and to withhold any balance associated with that account pending investigation. Where criminal activity is suspected, p22ph will cooperate fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities.

p22ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Filipino players. We believe gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a source of financial harm, stress, or personal difficulty. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every p22ph account holder:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly in your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session length after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net session result.

Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

All content on the p22ph website and platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, and game content — is the property of p22ph or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any p22ph content for commercial purposes without express written permission from p22ph.

Third-party game content provided by licensed providers (e.g., Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play) remains the intellectual property of those providers. p22ph is authorised to display and distribute this content under its provider licence agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, p22ph's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your active p22ph account at the time the relevant claim arose.

p22ph is not liable for losses arising from:

• Internet connectivity issues or device failures on your end
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service outages
• Errors or delays caused by your payment provider

• Your breach of these Terms

p22ph makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance and technical improvements may result in temporary service interruptions. Where such interruptions affect settled bets or live casino games, p22ph will handle the situation in accordance with the relevant game or betting rules.

p22ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For significant changes, p22ph will provide notice to registered players via email or on-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. p22ph operates under a licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to PAGCOR's regulatory requirements at all times.

Any dispute arising between you and p22ph in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. In the first instance, disputes should be directed to p22ph's customer support team, which will attempt to resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's player complaints process.
